Here’s a picture of the September Veterans/Liberty hunt harvest. All the meat was given to the Veterans home in Grand Rapids.
This Year’s deer seasons seems quieter, maybe a little less traffic. There also looks to be bigger racks, whether due to new hunting rules or last years disastrous weather, those that got a buck seemed pleased.
The Deer hunters dinner was a little less attended than last year, perhaps because of the opening on a sunday and the decision to hold it the next saturday, but the meal was good and people had a good time.
The clubhouse is closed for the winter, keep us in mind for next year and be sure to pay your dues.
